4. Pricing & Payments
- Sellers must provide competitive and transparent pricing.
- PickBell collects payments from buyers and releases payouts to sellers after deducting applicable fees, commissions, or taxes.
- Sellers must maintain accurate financial records and comply with applicable tax regulations.
5. Returns, Refunds & Customer Support
- Sellers must adhere to PickBell’s Return & Refund Policy.
- In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, sellers must cooperate with PickBell to provide prompt resolution.
- Sellers are responsible for responding to customer queries and complaints professionally and promptly.
6. Seller Conduct & Compliance
- Sellers must maintain high ethical standards and avoid misleading or fraudulent practices.
- PickBell reserves the right to suspend or terminate sellers who violate policies or compromise platform integrity.
- Sellers must comply with all local laws, eCommerce regulations, and PickBell terms of service.
7. Policy Updates
PickBell may update this Seller Policy periodically. Sellers will be notified of major changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes agreement with the updated policy.
